By accessing or using the application, users agree to these terms and to the related privacy policy. If a user does not agree, the service should not be used.
Use of the service
Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate account information, and not to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
Google account access
The Tinmanlab application uses Google OAuth to authenticate users. Access to Google account data is limited to the permissions granted by the user and may be revoked at any time through the user's Google account settings.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if use violates these terms, causes security risk, or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, no warranty is made regarding uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
